How do I get a quote for my project?
Call us at ((503) 741-8820 or fill out the contact form on this site. We will schedule a free on-site visit, usually within three to five business days. After the visit, you will receive a written estimate within 48 hours. We do not charge for estimates on projects over $1,000.
Do you pull permits, or is that my responsibility?
Craftwork Renovations pulls all required permits on your behalf. We handle the application, pay the filing fees (which are itemized in your estimate), and schedule all required inspections. You do not need to contact the Bureau of Development Services or any other city office.
How long will my project take?
It depends heavily on scope. A bathroom tile refresh might take five to seven business days. A full kitchen remodel typically runs three to five weeks. A basement finishing project can take six to ten weeks. We give you a specific timeline in the written estimate and update you if anything changes.
Do you use subcontractors?
For most work, our own crew handles everything. For electrical and plumbing rough-in, we work with two licensed subcontractors we have used consistently since 2017. You will meet them before they start work, and their license numbers are included in your project documentation.
